Meditation

A Meditation practice requires you to sit with your own thoughts and observe them. It’s nice to have the option to unplug from daily activities. To close your eyes and disengage from the daily stress and demands of life can be deeply comforting and refreshing.

Meditation increases mental clarity and brain function. It helps reduce stress and boosts the immune system. It also increases creativity and reduces high blood pressure. It is a mood elevator for those who suffer from depression and anxiety .
