Yin Yoga

The Practice of Yin Yoga is about stretching, compressing and expanding the connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, muscles and organs.

It  brings balance to the vital internal organs. Postures are held between two to five minutes to get the optimal benefits.

Yin decreases stress related hormones and brings balance  to the body and brain.

Yin is a favorite among  athletes.
